The work and thought processes behind therapy finds me true joy in helping others find their center and telling their story. I have created therapy programs for specific groups, couples and individuals based on need and implemented behavior modification models to obtain specific outcomes.
My mission is to create a positive environment of personal growth using my creativity, experience, knowledge and training as tools to intervene, empower, and promote self help as well as self love to those in need.
I pride myself in my ability to apply multiple therapeutic approaches including but not limited to: Gestalt, Person Centered, Trauma Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Art Therapy, Sand tray and Play therapy. My choice of therapeutic approaches allow me to connect to my clients, the life experiences I have had allow me the ability to relate to them.
The most important things in my life are making a change, family, living life regardless of how hard it is, and evolving into what God wants her to be. In my spare time I love to travel, spend time with family, being adventurous and lastly watching TV with my significant other and 3 dogs, Sydney, Gyzmo, and Moses.
